Local Company Production Optimization - the Graduation Project

Analyzed the production process of a local company and proposed the optimization solution using the Operation Research method. Developed the end-to-end system, including the data collection, solver model implementation, and the web-based dashboard.

Operation Research for Restaurant Seat Arrangement

Designed a comprehensive mathematical model for the restaurant seat arrangement problem. Implemented the model in Python with Gurobi solver, finding out the well heuristic algorithm for the problem.
